Only members may hire out the club for social event. New memberships cost £21pa. A form can be found on the membership page of the web site.

Corporate hires for conferences etc during the day for up to 70 delegates. Multiple TV Screens and chair configurations can be provided.

The Clubhouse can be hired out for mid week wakes where catering can be provided.

All applications for hire are at the absolute discretion of the Management Committee. No 18th or 21st (or similar) or Children's parties.

The hirer shall be liable for the costs of any damage to or breakages of club property.

Parties are only accepted at the discretion of the Committee and a £200 CASH damage waiver deposit must be paid 1 week before the party. This will be returned in full if there is no damage.

The hirer is not permitted to supply any of their own drinks (Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic). Failure to adhere to this policy will result in loss of the Cash deposit.

The Bar will be managed and staffed by up to 2 bar staff depending on event & numbers of guests.

DJ’s & music can be played within the clubhouse. No music is allowed outside. Evening parties must end by 11:30pm at the latest. No music is permitted after 11pm at which point the bar will also close.

The maximum number of attendees for parties is 80.

Hiring of the club during the cricket season is permitted. However there may be restrictions. Bookings for parties during normal opening hours (e.g. Saturday nights) may not have exclusive use of the facilities.

The hirer to ‘make good’ after the event including removal of all food, litter and replace any moved tables and chairs. The club house may be decorated but no drawing pins or sticky tape to be used on the walls. Blu tac only. No confetti 'cannons' or 'balloons'.
